• Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

• We ship worldwide except to restricted countries. Available shipping options will be shown at checkout.

• We are not responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country.

• If your order has not arrived within 18 days from the shipping date, please contact us for assistance.

4Returns and Refunds

• You may return products within 25 days from the delivery date.

• Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition, not damaged beyond normal use.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or damaged on arrival.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• We do not accept exchanges or replacements; only refunds are offered.

• Products that are damaged beyond repair or missing parts may not be eligible for refund.

Warranty
